Terms and Conditions

  1. AusDoCC Inc and all volunteer suppliers reserve the right to change the topics and presenters if necessary. This information is correct at time of printing and posting.
  2. Delegates may be photographed at the conference. We may also use the images to promote future conferences, events and information and they may appear on the internet.  By submitting this registration you give consent. Please advise us in writing if you do not give consent.
  3. Companion Cards will be accepted for registered adults with DCC who attend with a companion and could not otherwise access the conference independently. The Companion attends to look after the needs of the registered adult with a DCC. Some sessions may require privacy for the adults with a DCC and may not be available to Companions.

Cancellation Policy

  1. All cancellations must be made in writing to Maja Palacios, Treasurer, AusDoCC Inc, email: treasurer@ausdocc.org.au.
  2. A full refund of conference registration fees will be made for any cancellations received in writing before 29 March 2019.
  3. A 50% refund will apply on cancellations received between 30 March 2019  to 25 April 2019.
  4. There will be no refunds after 25 April 2019, although substitute delegates are welcome.
  5. Further considerations made be made under extreme, extenuating circumstances.

Privacy Policy:

  1. AusDoCC Inc in order to provide services to members and for this event will receive your personal details to register you for attendance at the Connections 2019 Conference.
  2. Some of the personal information on your registration form is stored in our password-protected database to send you further information regarding the conference and for future reference for AusDoCC Inc.
  3. Only authorised personnel can access the secure,  database.
